In 1912 a nineteen-year-old entrepreneur named Georges Monin decided to sell branded wine and spirits out of a horse-drawn cart. His slogan was “a passion for quality.”

Little did he know that, over one hundred years later, Le Sirop de Monin (better known as Monin) would continue to hold to those words, rising up through the ranks to become the favoured syrup of professional bartenders around the world.
