• FEATURES: A high neck but the entire back is on show so it looks simultaneously classy and bold when you turn!
• LOOKS GOOD WITH: 1990s, black, low-waisted, slightly flared pants; 1990s chunky black heels; an updo to show off your back. Possibly a chunky, sparkly bracelet or chunky, sparkly drop earrings. It's best to keep everything else basic as the back reveal when you turn IS the feature. A mini skirt and knee boots would possibly only have been worn in a Rave context (fluffy boots, glitter, high pigtails). You could wear adhesive bra cups or possibly pin a strapless bra.
