- SIZE: The label states XSSW (Extra Slim Small Woman). The gown fits our mannequin, which is approximately size 8. As vintage fabrics don't have stretch and it may be a size 6 or petite 8, please go by the measurements of Bust/ Waist/ Hip (cm): / /
- BRAND: The label states 'Designed and made by Dundee Fashions of Brisbane".
- COLOUR: A 1960s bright pink, which looks similar to a bright 1980s pink and is not neon.
- CONDITION: Excellent condition with no visible wear.
- COMPOSITION: No label but it seems to be synthetic. The lining is a heavy, quality satin.
- FEATURES: Entirely ruched bodice and ruched sleeves that beautifully hug and sculpt the figure. A large statement bow is engineered to detach on one side, to enable unzipping of the long zip. The long tails of the bow move freely and are the same length as the gown. Matching-length hems are an elegant feature of 1960s fashions. The heavy, quality satin lining prevents clinging and adds weight and drape.
- LOOKS GOOD WITH: This gown is dramatic so be confident with your accessories. As it is a '60s gown, below-elbow gloves would have been worn and possibly a beehive updo with a sparkly barrette. Or a wide sparkly, expanding bracelet over one glove.
